Our Story

A Place Built for
People Like You

Bialka Store & Bar isn't just another stop on Co Rd 17 — it's where Holdingford gathers. We started with a simple idea: serve great drinks in a space that feels like home. No pretense, no rush. Just good coffee in the morning, solid cocktails in the evening, and the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back.

Whether you're grabbing a quick espresso before work, catching up with friends over a pour, or unwinding after a long day, our doors are open and our team is ready. We take pride in every detail — from the beans we source to the ice we use.
